Committed your patch in r

I made some changes to your patch though:
* used separate color registry keys instead of reusing the add/removed
ones (in DiffColors.cpp)
* added a check in CDiffData::TieMovedBlocks to avoid an exception
* renamed svn_diff_t_extension to tsvn_svn_diff_t_extension since it is
not a struct defined in the svn library but our own
* fixed the copyright year in the new files (you copied the header from
some other file): new files must not have a copyright year before 2010.
