Problems with Gurtle

I was about to report this to Gurtle, but it may actually be a problem
with TSVN.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in TSVN project make changes in the doc folder
2. commit without using the Select Issue button
3. commit completes OK but is followed by this message:

Error: Failed to start the issue tracker COM provider 'Gurtle'.
Error: Unknown error 0x80131509
Error: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object.

If I select an issue first then the commit succeeds without error (and
I get the Gurtle Tip on issue updates).

TortoiseSVN 1.6.99 r19122
Gurtle 0.5.0.217
Windows XP SP3

Anyone else seen this?
