Bug: Suboptimal placement of repository URL in Commit dialog

Hey.

In r19162 when I spawn the Commit dialog there're two lines at the top: "Commit to:" and the URL where the commit will go. Both have the very same offset from the left. However the "Commit to:" uses regular font and the URL uses bold font. So the URL looks occupying more space and is perceived like it is located a bit to the left compared to "Commit to" line.

Since I guess the bold font is for better perception of the URL could you please move the URL line a bit to the right to compensate for the described visual effect?
