If you can get the capi code to get changed so that it can be
disabled/enabled with a config file, then yes.
But since it's either compiled in and active or not compiled in at
all, I won't enable it in an official build:
We once did that, but it popped up dialogs and annoyed the hell out of
a lot of people.
