Everything before 1.5 is stale and no longer supported.
IIRC, 1.1.x is the last version to support Win98, 1.4.x
is the last one to support NT4. 1.5.x will only be touched
if a very high priority security fix would become necessary.

The infrastructure (compilers, OSes for testing) to support
these old versions is no longer readily available. Therefore,
I propose deleting 1.2.x, 1.3.x and 1.4.x on Sunday
- provided that nobody speaks up against it.
