Tested the latest nightly.
 
Running TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 19068 - 32 Bit -dev, 2010/03/24 23:14:35 on Windows XP.
 
> - When the text in the "Message" column contains a highlighted word, the lower parts of all characters get

> - Text that contains a highlighted word is shifted one pixel downwards.

All these issues seem to have been solved now. Great!
 
Still present:
> - Color of the text in the "Message" column does not get inverted (white) when the line is selected (dark blue).
 
I also noted a minor thing:
There seems to be a delay between the list content update and the highlighting update. For example: I filter for the word "merge", this will result in a lot of matching revisions. Then I change the filter to "1". This causes all rows that match "1" to be shown, but with the word "merge" highlighted for a brief period of time, then it changes to highlighting "1".
