Are you sure that you are browsing a svn repository URL? To me this
result looks like you're connecting to a web frontend via TortoiseSVN.
This cannot work.

Example TortoiseSVN repository:
web frontend URL: http://code.google.com/p/tortoisesvn/source/browse/
repository URL: http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/
