Yes, of course, because I agree with what you said previously: that this
particular use case should be catered for by APR, in exactly the same way
that *nix filesystems treat symbolic links. The case I'm talking about is
more akin to the SUBST drive problem, as you correctly pointed out, which
makes it an issue for TSVN, not APR.
