I'm currently syncing the repo to google code. But as mentioned in the
document I linked to, this will take a while to complete.
Started the sync yesterday, but since my internet connection died, the
sync stopped at around r1000 - so I had to restart it today when I got
home. It's now at r1900 and hopefully won't get interrupted anymore.

Once the sync is done, I'll remove commit access to the tigris.org
repository for all users except the project owners.
I'd like to keep the repository: we need it to update the website and
post a notice there that we've moved. Also the update check for older
versions still links there, so I need a way to update the version.txt
file too.

Let's first move the repository. After that's done we can move the rest
later.
