Doubts in Accessing information from cache

Hello
I am working on cache structure and accessing data from that in
TSVN. I got some doubts in accessing the data from cache. Let me post my
doubt in a very crisp manner.

The data for a particular revision is accessed from log cache file as
Revision -> Revision Index -> Revision data.Fine with that. The data per
revision are stored as substreams. How the end of streams are identified? or
what is the format of a particular stream will be ?

Like If we strore data using Key value pairs it will get stored as

K 4
name
v 3
ram

So do we have any formats in cache storing like above ? If I want to append
some Message to the log cahce for each revision, is that possible ?

!! spent more than three days analysing this :( clueless ... !!

Thanks & Regards,
S V Ram
