[PATCH] Fix for unnecessary prompt of Message Box

Log:

Removals of unnecessary Message Box prompt when "Edit author or Edit log
message" is done in "show log" even when there are no relevant changes
in author name or log message.

* TortoiseSVN/src/TortoiseProc/LogDialog/LogDlg.cpp:

Comparison between the old value and the value present in the dialog is
done and Message box is prompted only if there is any relevant change
between the two.
