Bug: Focus lost in 'Checkout' dialog

Hello,

In 'Checkout' dialog use '...' button to open repository browser, select a path
and use 'OK' or Enter to close. After returning to 'Checkout' focus is lost and
it's impossible to Tab to next control and the favicon in 'URL of repository'
disappears. Alt+Tab fixes both focus and favicon.

Expanding 'URL of repository' combo also get the favicon back.

I observed the same in other windows where a path in repository can be selected:
'Switch/Branch' for sure. I guess others too.

The favicon issue also applies to 'Repository browser' when open either from
'Checkout' dialog or directly from context menu. Expanding 'URL' combo gets it back.
