Sorry to come into the discussion so late, but I actually prefer the
"unrelated vs related" terms. There's a nice paragraph in the TSVN help
explaining what the related/unrelated means:

"Related paths are those which contain the path used to display the log. If
you fetch the log for a folder, that means anything in that folder or below
it. For a file it means just that one file. "

About the only change I would be proposed is switching from "Hide unrelated"
to "Show unrelated".
