Probably not. I just like keyboard shortcuts, but as you have already
noticed, the TortoiseSVN GUI is far from being 100% consistent.

There is noticeable place for enhancements here. As from my sighted
practice, it is often faster for a sighted developer also to hit a keystroke
then to move and click a mouse, so in this TSVN will also benefit for the
sighted users.

Are you working with the Russian translation or with the English original?

I am working with the English original installed on English Windows XP. I
prefer to use English programs - it is more faniliar for me, because Russian
is twice as long as English and when you work with a synthesized speech or
Braille every additional sign is slowing down your work. In addition there
aren no high quality and reasonable fast Russian synthesizers as good and
fast as well-known Eloquence from Eloquence Software.
