Progress dialog oddity

Hi Stefan,

EditFileCommand.cpp, lines 110 to 113 contain a workaround
for a problem that I could not fix properly.

As the comment says, someone or something is sending WM_QUIT
to the application if a SVNProgress_SingleFileCheckout is run
immediately before that point. I haven't tried any other commands,
though. It seems to work properly for all following progress dialogs.

Any idea?
