[FR] Multiple icon sets

Hello,

The discussion on new icons

makes me think about new feature for TSVN, which would allow to choose a
preferred icon set. TSVN allows provides choice of overlay icons, why then not
to allow to choose menu icons? This is possible in Sublipse, for example. It
would enable users to customize the interface and tweak it as needed.

I guess this would require to store icons and dialog background images in easily
accessible container, say ICL library or something similar. Maybe it would be
possible to produce a resource DLL with use of ResText kind of tool? The point
is to make it easy to produce a new set without the need to recompile the source.

I think, the new set should be accessible to choose from once put in the
appropriate folder, just like it's possible with overlay icons.
