Here another update of the translation of the documentation to Dutch.
I hope this helps and are planning to continue to help you with the
translations for a while. When this document is finalized I will try to
continue with the TortoiseSVN documentation.
This document was already at 60% so thought that it would be nice to
finalize this first and then continue with the bigger portion of
TortoiseSVN.
