Thanks for letting me know about the need to keep parameters in their
original order. Maybe that information should be added to the page at
http://tortoisesvn.net/translation_instructions?

That's a good analysis app, thanks for the link! Maybe it should also be
added to the translation instructions? :)

Thanks again for the notes, and I'll get to work on cleaning up and
finishing the translation.
