Modified NOD32 settings to ignore source path, repsitory path and
TSVNCache.exe / TortoiseProc.exe. as described above

Encountered not a single crash while working almost the whole
afternoon with plenty of actions on the repository. ESET NOD32 for
sure has something to do with it. Also much-much faster.
Tonight I discovered that a new version for NOD32 was available (4.0).
Installed the update and removed the path/file exclusions. Did a few
operations on the repository without problems. I'll keep testing
without exclusions the next few days.
