If you do get explorer or TSVNCache hangs, please get a snapshot minidump
file of the hung explorer.exe and TSVNCache.exe. You can use ADPLUS.VBS from
"Debugging Tools for Windows" to do this. With this minidump in hand, one of
us might be able to figure out what the problem is.

Also, as others have said, it's probably environmental, because, while a
number of people see this problem, the vast majority don't. If we could
identify what's different about your environment, that'll help narrow down
the cause.

You probably want to tell your antivirus to ignore your working copies
anyway -- it'll really hurt performance. I have mine set to ignore
D:\Source, TSVNCache.exe, TortoiseProc.exe and svn.exe. If you're worried
about viruses, run a regular scheduled scan on those directories instead.
