Tortoise 1.6 - log in issues

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.6.0.
Pretty new to Subversion/TortoiseSVN, (have experience with other version controls such as SourceSafe, FreeVCS (now JEDI), and StarTeam (Delphi)).
The tools I used before the client tools let me run and login once, then it shows the all project and functionalities such as Log, Show Diff, ...etc.

However, for TortoiseSVN in Windows Explorer, by right clicking the file select:
TortoiseSVN -> Show Log or
TortoiseSVN -> Revision Graph
or what ever

The TortoisePlink pop up 2 times, I need to type in my password 2 times to run the functionality.
Is this the Subversion thing or I can setup my TortioseSVN?
