If you are using file:// access and some forms of Windows
authentication (NTLM? SSPI? sorry, I don't use these so am a bit
vague) then your Windows login name is used.

For other cases you are prompted for authentication details when you
access the repository. If the wrong details have been cached locally
you will need to clear them.

TSVN->Settings->Saved Data->clear authentication
