Sorry, I think I didn't express myself clearly enough.
 
When clicking a link that opens a new window the selection in the revision list (the topmost list in the log dialog) dissapears.
 
The window focus change is fine, the dissapearing revision selection is less so. Clicking a bugtraq-link does not lead to that the selected revision loses selection. (Nor does anything else that I can think of except manually ctrl-clicking the selected revision.)
 
Hopefully I was a bit clearer this time.
