Log cache misses revprop update

From: Oddvar Kloster <okl_at_sintef.no>

This may be a minor nit, but the log cache does not seem to be updated when a revision property is changed.

* Show log
* Change a log message
 -> Updated message shown in log
* Kill dialog, show log again
 -> Old message is shown
* Show revprops for edited revision
 -> New message is there

I realize that unless there is a cheap mechanism for detecting changed revprops, fixing this in general will be impractical. However, it should be possible to reflect the change in the log cache on the same machine where the change is made.
