TortoiseSVN 1.6.0-RC1

Hi,

We've just released TortoiseSVN 1.6.0-RC1, the first release candidate
for the upcoming 1.6.0 release. You can get it from here:
http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/1.6.0-RC1/

Please give this release a good test so we can find and fix any
outstanding bugs before the final release.
