Mailing lists now require subscribing

Hi,

As of now, all mailing lists/forums for TortoiseSVN require that you're
subscribed (or have a tigris.org account if you're using the forum).

I'm sorry that I have to do this, but with more than 300 spam posts a
day I simply can't keep up anymore with moderating.
