tstring.h

I'm providing a tstring.h file for the repository. This isn't used yet, but
I encourage all developers to use this instead of the stdstring macro. the
stdstring macro could be slowly replaced by this tstring typedef as time
goes on, however it is used in countless locations and that will be a very
drawn out task. The stdstring macro also seems to be defined in multiple
locations which is also confusing and evil...

Hopefully you guys won't mind using this instead of the stdstring macro,
which we should deprecate.
