Tooltips in rev graph

Hi Stefan^2,

Another minor display not for the weekend. When you hover over a
revgraph node a tooltip pops up showing the log message and other
details. These boxes vary in width depending on the length of the
message. On XP if you hover over a node with a short message and then
move the mouse over a node with a long message the tooltip box first
opens with the previous node's content on a light background, and the
additional area that will be needed is in black. In a few milliseconds
the box redraws correctly, but that brief time when there is a big
black area makes a noticeable flash, and the changing text is a bit
disconcerting.
