Changelists

A few nits about changelists in the Check for Modifications dialog:
* Find a folder with some modifies files and Check for Modifications. Select the lower half of the files and move to a new changelist. Then move another file to the changelist. Now it's impossible to select all files in the changelist by clicking the lowest one and then shift-clicking the top one. This seems to be because the rows have changed their relative order compared to when the dialog was opened. Clicking Refresh or toggling a Show option brings back the correct sort order and removes the problem.
* It's possible to drag files to changelists, but not back to (no changelist)
* Right-clicking a changelist title brings up a context menu with two choices. Neither seems to do anything.
