That sounds like a lot of promising features! Especially multiple views sounds very nice! I hope you keep multiple monitor users in mind too, not everyone has a 30 inch monitor (yet). :-) I'm looking forward to seeing how it moves along.

Have you looked at the perforce revision graph? While not perfect they have a lot of really good things in there:
* Left -> Right layout solves problem with writing long path names
* Pathnames move dynamically when scrolling horizontally (hard to describe)
* Very useful highlighting function (ancestors/children/both)

Might give some good ideas for the next version.
