Rev graph selected node colours

Hi Stefan^2,

Looking again at the rev graph colours, I can't see an easy way of
providing user-definable colours that will also work when a node is
highlighted without a hugely complex colour selection dialog.

If you highlight the modified WC node you get red on dark-grey which
is hard to read, and even the black on dark-grey for vanilla nodes is
not that easy.

I am thinking maybe it would be easier to change to a thicker border
on the selected nodes instead of trying to change the fill colour.
Nope, that clashes with the WC node and modified WC node. OK, how
about a double border? I'm running out of ideas :-/

Simon
