Revgraph - highlighting what will be pruned

Hi Stefan^2,

The highlighting works well. I would prefer a small delay before it
takes effect as there is a lot of flashing as you move your mouse over
the graph right now. Also, the scroll bars are included in the area
which activates the highlight, so you can get flashing as you drag the
scroll handle.
