1.5.6 Build 14908 and Windows 7

Tortoise puts in TortoiseStub for various classids in the registry. To get the
context menus to show up properly in Windows 7 these need to be changes to call
out TortoiseSVN.dll instead. Searching and replacing all the occurances of
tortoisestub.dll with tortoisesvn.dll will allow it to work. Interestingly on
my other W7 mchine 1.4.3 build 8645 worked out of the box.
