More suggestions for the rev graph

Hi again Stefan^2,

These came from a mail from one of our users a while back which I had
marked for documenting the rev graph.

1. Show the node type as part of the log message tooltip, e.g.
r15203 (tag)
r14237 (copy)
r265 (replaced)

2. Where a copy has taken place, show the copyfrom URL in the tooltip.
Not strictly necessary because you can follow the graph line back, but
it could be useful.
