Not sure if that's really necessary. TortoiseUDiff is basically the
scintilla control wrapped inside a window.
And it's the only app TSVN registers with a file type (.diff and
.patch). Even if other Tortoise clients would install TUdiff and
register it with .diff and .patch, I don't see much of a problem.

All other utilities (TortoiseIDiff, TortoiseMerge) are not registered
with any file type and started by TortoiseProc using the installation
path. If other Tortoise clients want to use those tools too, they won't
interfere with each other if they also use the installation path to find
the path to those tools.
