No revision graph available

Hi Stefan^2

When the rev graph comes up it always shows "No revision graph
available" even before it has tried to contact the repo. It is often a
few seconds before the progress dialog comes up showing that something
is happening, so the text is misleading. I suggest having an initial
label saying "Getting revision graph information..." and when the
fetch is complete, show either the graph or "No graph available".

I also notice that if you minimise or cover the rev graph window
during the fetch it does not redraw the graph area, so that text is
lost anyway.
