Hello, Stefan!

The files I've sent to you were in 1251 codepage.

It seems I found what causes the problem.
If you go to Control Panel->Regional and Language Options->Regional
Options, you can select 'standards and formats' there.
In my non-English Windows it is set to Russian by default.
If I switch it to English, TMerge starts to spoil non-English text in
the way I wrote earlier.
If I switch it back to Russian, TMerge works properly.

Sincerely yours,
Ivan Gerasimov
