Hello!

That's what I'm using: TortoiseSVN 1.5.5, Build 14361 - 32 Bit ,
2008/10/24 18:06:34, WinXP Pro SP3.

If I edit a text file that contains Cyrillic letters, they all got
replaced with question marks upon saving.

1) Select the files test1.txt and test2.txt (attached), do
TortoiseSVN->Diff

2) Start editing the file at right view (see tmerge1.png)

3) Hit Ctrl+S to save the file

4) Hit Ctrl+R to reload the file. All the Cyrillic letters are replaced
with '?' (see tmerge2.png)

Sincerely yours,

Ivan Gerasimov
