Strange. When I do a rebuild of the TortoiseLang project, the pot file
currently stays unmodified. And the line you mentioned still has
'Command' in it, not \"Command\".

Are you sure it's the TortoiseLang project build that does this? I've
only seen such strings when editing the file with poEdit - maybe you use
that tool and that changes the pot file?

I'm using Vista 32-bit (German), but that shouldn't make a difference here.
