The explorer in Vista does not have an 'up' button anymore (it has the
breadcrumb bar instead, which IMHO is a big improvement). That's why I
couldn't find that icon - it may still be somewhere on Vista machines,
but I couldn't find it.
Feel free to replace that icon if you can get the 'correct' one.
