European Portuguese translation file

Hi,

I'm attaching the Tortoise_pt_PT.po file with a new translation of
TortoiseSVN to European (Portugal) Portuguese. The four digit locale (LCID)
is 0816 (Hex) and 2070 (Dec). I've read the instructions in
http://tortoisesvn.net/translation_instructions. Regarding the need for a
European version of the Portuguese translation, though Brasilian Portuguese
is perfectly OK for me, I can assure you that it is not for many in
Portugal. Most here prefer to use an English version rather than "having to
cope" with Brazilian Portuguese. This version is also very close to 100%
translated, though a few doubtful translations remain.
