Log cache improvement

Hi there,

affective r14373 TSVN will support both, "ambiguous URL"
(different repositories sequentially exposed through the
same URL) and "ambiguous UUID" (same original repository
gets copied to several locations and all copies will be
modified independently).

Both options are enabled by default and should address
most of the hassle we have in 1.5.x with users not assigning
UUIDs properly. In contrast to 1.5.x, the caching functionality
is no longer limited by the use of "ambiguous URL". The only
drawback is that multiple caches are maintained for potentially
the same content.

Since this touches a vital part of TSVN, please report any
issues you encounter with log processing. The implementation
turned out to be a bit more interfering than anticipated.
