Well, I didn't ask them.
If you think this feature is reasonable but don't have enough time to
introduce, maybe I can make a patch.
If you think this feature shouldn't in TortoiseSVN, the patch I want
to make makes no sense, and I have to choose continue bearing
'Keystroke Cycle'.
