unfortunately '&UltraEdit' is not the only menu item with '&U', there
also is an '&Unlocker', (maybe there will be more ....)
and these menu items sometimes appears, sometimes disappears, which
makes me mis-operate frequently .....
So even a simple text configuration file to change TSVN's shortcuts
would help ......
