[patch] horizontal/vertical maximization improvement

Hello!

I've improved a bit the horizontal/vertical maximization.

Suppose that you maximized the window horizontally. Now, if you change
the window size in vertical dimension (so that window will still stay
horizontally maximized), right click on the maximize button will restore
the horizontal size.
