You could use the svn.exe which is also uploaded together with the TSVN
nightly build and try first with that one.

Also, from the log it seems that you're using sspi authentication. Maybe
there's a problem with the custom sspi module which ships with the
visualsvn server. Can you try deactivating that for a test?
