I have tried all combinations of exclusions I can come up with. Still having the same problem.
O:\* O:\*.* \\(UNCPATH)\* O: O:\*\*

Once again, if I uninstall TSVN all is fine browsing the DFS Share again.

If no overlays show up (and you've correctly excluded those paths from showing them), then TSVN does nothing while simply browsing. That should not slow down the explorer at all.

What are the strings you've entered in the 'exclude' box?
