Patch: improve borders of statistics bar graph

The attached patch slightly improves borders of bar graphs in log
statistics dialog. The patch is made against 1.5.x branch.

Screenshots on how it affects the bars:

right is some unrelated issue; looks like dialog does not repaint
there properly)
