If you have access to the server, please check the apache error log. An
500 error should leave an entry in that log (or worse: crash the server
thread completely).

I have updated successfully the TSVN working copy (tigris.org
repository) and the CommitMonitor working copy (google code repository)
today with that version. So there must be something different with your
server settings to trigger this.
