* select files/folders in Explorer
* use cut/copy (the normal commands in Explorer)
* go to a working copy
* right-click
* if there are copied/cut files/folders in the clipboard, there's
  an entry in the TSVN submenu called "paste".
* click on "paste"
* the files/folders you previously cut are moved to the target
  the files/folders you previously copied are copied to the target
